• Vintage Apron Request – Have you seen this pattern?

    MomApronTub

Maureen at Celestial Charms blog says, “My mother wore aprons all the time. She had many different styles, but the half apron-style was her favorite. I, on the other hand, really like the full bib top, rose patterned one she is wearing above. I have searched and searched and searched eBay, to find this exact one with no luck. However, I know it is just a matter of time before I come across it.”

Have you seen this pattern? Can any of my talented apronicity blog readers help her out? You can find fabric similar to the rose print used for this apron at your local independent quilt and fabric retailer.

The Fabric Shop Network is proud to be a national sponsor of National Tie One on Day™. On the day before Thanksgiving, women across the country will be celebrating the day by wrapping a loaf of bread in an apron, tucking a prayer or a note of encouragement in the pocket, and then delivering the bundle to someone in need of physical or spiritual sustenance—or both. What could be nicer than receiving such a gift—and handmade at that?
